How does bee venom work for skin?

Bee venom is a unique multi-component complex that contains more than 18 biologically active compounds. Those active substances have been studied in depth and their skin energizing properties have been well researched in the twentieth century.

Bee venom has multiple beneficial effects on the body: it improves blood circulation, increases physical strength and well-being, support function of the pituitary-cortical system, has anti-oxidant effects and support immune system.

Bee venom contains a number of unique low-molecule peptides and “miracle” enzymes such as Phospholipase A2 and Hyaluronidase.

Phospholipase A2 dissolves the skin cell membrane and allows other ingredients to penetrate into the skin cell, resulting in a product working more effectively.

Hyaluronidase enhances the delivery of different active ingredients across the skin barrier. It is very important for fighting dermal ageing, as the ageing process significantly decreases skin penetrability. As we grow older, hyaluronic matrix responsible for the moisture retention in our skin becomes tougher and low -permeable. Hyaluronidase accelerates disintegration of the old molecules and activates the synthesis of new molecules of hyaluronic acid by skin fibroblasts, thus improving skin penetrability.

	Alaria Esculenta Extract is a new marine extract from the brown algae Alaria Esculenta which has been developed to nourish, rejuvenate and protect the skin. It has anti-collagenase and anti-elastase activity to preserve skin elasticity and skin suppleness by reducing elastin and collagen degradation. It contains Omega 3 and Omega 6 oils to reinforce the skin's hydrolipidic barrier. Alaria extract can help promote skin health and appearance by stimulating hyaluronic acid synthesis, supporting skin barrier function and improving skin hydration levels. Alaria esculenta extract is a potent antioxidant, important for protecting the skin against oxidative stress.
	Argan Kernal Oil contains essential fatty acids, vitamin E, polyphenols, carotenoids, ferulic acid and triterpenoids. Ferulic acid in argan oil helps neutralize free radicals and protect the skin from UV damage. Argan Oil restores the skin’s water-lipid layer and increases the amount of nutrients and oxygen in the skin cell, neutralizes free radicals, and protects connective tissue.
